    I once dreamt of becoming an expert photographer, unfortunately I don't have enough resources to fulfill that passion. Good thing there is such institution that helps amateur photographers in letting their works be known.

    If you are truly in right place at right time, do you need scoopt? For example, take the Tyler doctor who got pictures of the Columbia break up. His photos went around the world.
