Example of a $10/day site?

Alright guys. I'm to the point where I know more places to read about search engine optimization, se marketing, adsense, etc etc than I can count. I'm always up to date on the latest things in the SEO world. I read digitalpoint daily, and also have an internship as a "website analyst" doing search engine optimization. I know all about design, incorporating ads, programming, how to make sites, extremely knowledgeable in most popular web programming languages, BUT:

I don't have any topic in particular I could write a lot about, nor am I that great at writing! Every idea I come up with which I think is somewhat new or original, has already been done.

I CAN'T GET TRAFFIC!

So please, somebody show me an example of a $10 / day site so I can see what it looks like!

emil 2k how can plentyoffish get so much click .i mean it us a dating site may ne many people visit that site but i dont think they will clcik on the ads.i really want to know whether this kind of sites works.

I am sure i read it some place that plentyoffish is a big scam and that figure is not true, and that they baught paid publicity. I maybe wrong though.

 

This Flavor of Love blog made more than that per day for a great three months; but the show is now off the air so its at about $3 now.

ghacks has been up just 6 or 7 months and its already so high in alexa rank.

 

Getting $10 or more per day is all about traffic. If you get a lot traffic, I am sure you will get more that in no time.

 

one of my sites, enchantedglitters earns around $12 last month, now its earning an average of $23/day

 

I had heard a lot about individuals making claims that their Adsense earnings are in the excess of USD10,000 but no URLs are given possibly because either it is against TOS or that they don't want their ads to be ignored (visitors would prefer to copy and paste any interesting URLs found at their sites).

 

my site yfzcentral.com gets around $12ish..sadly..That's why Im here.

 

Or because they dont want 1 million adsensers duplicating their site in a vain effor to strike gold.

 

Darren from problogger is earning more than 16000 per month with adsense but this comes from more than one site though. His main income site should be http://www.livingroom.org.au/photolog which recieves between 10000 and 12000 unique visitors daily.

 

i wonder how some sites get big traffic immediately even if their sites are still relatively new?

10$ per day is no big deal. I am sure it going to look like a normal website! You have to ask yourself, how can I get 1000 unique visitors a day. One way is to rank betetr in search engines. Have a plan for SEO and move accordingly!

 

Wow, I guess Im really at the bottom then. Less than $1 a day.
One question, how long does it usually take to reach that amount?
