Excel file access by subscription only?

    Hi,
    I am wondering if it is possible to grant people access to a database of excel files by subscription only, meaning they cannot download or copy the files to their computer and will only have access to them if they are a paying subscriber? Not sure how I can make this happen, maybe making the files accessible via internet only, but if anyone has any ideas please tell me!

    Yes, you can encrypt the document but once opened it can be easily copied

    I know, im looking more for a way for a person to remotely access the files and not be able to copy or download them. Is it possible at all? I cant think of a single way, can i make it internet based?
