    How Long, has everyone also so bad Experience with Adam Wilson ?

    * Buyed a Lifetime support after a time reduced to only one Year support
    * Revoked my License of software regarding i have no answer on emails
    * All payments Modules what is available for Yetishare is not allow to use it for File Sharing sites.
    * Copy illegal code from some plugins what i'm have write , and sell this as own.

    I have a great conversation with him over email... I can everyone rates to mage a big arc from him.

    For the benefit of anyone reading this thread, this originated from a post on DP that he made offering file hosting. The website he linked to offered our commercial YetiShare file hosting script for sale bundled as part of his own hosting. This is completely against our terms of license, and always has been (see archive.org). Our license states:
    • Each purchase includes 1 licence for a single instance of the script on a single domain name.
    • A reseller agreement is not included and reselling any of our scripts is not permitted.
    It's pretty clear. We reported the post to DP and DP rightly removed it.

    Rather than just immediately revoke his license (his name is Istvan Kovacs or Rolf Varga - he uses a number of names), we tried contacting him via these methods over a period of a week:
    • 3 times on email - no response.
    • Once via a post on DP - no response.
    • Once via PM on DP - no response.
    • Once via PM on our own forum - no response.
    As such, we revoked his license. Within a matter of hours he'd responded still refusing to stop illegally selling our script.

    We really do all we can to try and support users of our scripts and resolve issues, but they ARE commercial scripts and we don't have a business nor can we afford to keep developing it if people like Istvan Kovacs steal the software. It was unfortunate that he doesn't see the same reasoning. This is not just a legal issue, there's also a certain amount of respect for other peoples hard work that Istvan should have.

    I'm sure Istvan Kovacs will respond with all sorts of allegations and lies to this post. I'm not going to get into a argument on a public forum so feel free to contact me Istvan (or Rolf!) directly.

    Nobody takes him seriously. I wouldn't sweat it. Nice job on YetiShare. I wish I had a use for it.
