Expert-Exchange Forums, mod exists for a forum?

    Hi,

    Im looking for a mark a post a question type mod.

    Is there a mod like experts-exchange.com or the vmware community website, that allows members to post a new thread, but its actually a question. When other members reply to answers, the opening thread member can assign specific replies as a helpful assist or a reply has answered the question and award a number of points.

    The mod notifies everyone in the forum home page, who is highly ranked (top 10) with the most number of points.

    The mod can email the administrator, who earned the most number of points for that month.
