Expert Opinion Requested

Hi,

For those of you who have had lots of success with Adsense, could I please ask you a question ?

I have a site at http://www.weight-loss-discovery.com and a new blog attached to it. I have adsense ads in both but I'm getting zero clicks. My pages views are small right now also as reported by Google (I don't get that either because I'm getting more and more traffic each month - not much but up to 5,000 unique visitors a month now). I get lots of clicks at one of my other sites http://www.skin-care-reviews.com, so I don't get it. Wouldn't weight loss be a hot topic ? Maybe I just need to submit more articles and increase traffic ? I have my Wordpress blog pinging the pingomatic site automatically - maybe that's not enough ?

Any thoughts on how I can get some clicks going ?

I think you need alot more info, link exchanges, usefull information,etc..change the color of the google text..just 1 man's opinion

 

hmmm... I think you have enough content, and the although the traffic is not something spectacular it should get you some clicks though.

Maybe you should experiment more with the ad formats; try some smaller ones, and place them where people would expect to find navigational elements, or along the text.

 

Eventhough your site seems very standard I have to agree to wma's comments. 5000 uniques a month should give you some kind of clicks. I too would suggest that you try new ad formats and colors. Testing is the only reliable way to improve results.
