    In most people, facebook is more popular because of the features that it has. Using the fan page feature of the facebook is one of the most used in SEOs. But I also think that twitter can help your site. In these social networking sites it can help your site with using it right and posting a quality and interesting things that would attract viewers.

    Both are good, but I'm not a fan of twitter so Facebook is what I always used.
