    You can communicate way better with your potential customers on Facebook. For some reason I never got used to using Twitter as effective (sorry, Henry, effective in a broad sense of its meaning ;)

    Totally agreed....or you can say that there would be some features that is available and applicable for facebook only which would be not available to twitter and vice versa,so its depend on the real time requirement and the corresponding implementation of the particular feature.
