facebook promoting business more than any other social network

Yes it is true that Facebook has become a successful platform for businesses. Facebook has now 770 million registered users from all over the world, which is a huge audience. Half of these 770 million users login in daily. Facebook supports more than 100 languages which is very motivational for business from all over the world to join Facebook and promote their business in their native languages. Customized Facebook pages are also helping businesses to attract more and more users. Due to all these reasons Facebook is the best platform to promote businesses. 

 

Its true that facebook has proved to be a successful means of promoting business. This due to mainly the active users of facebook but i have also used twitter and it has also proven to be a good platform for promoting business but you must first make sure you have the right followers.

 

Facebook dominates demographics in the older age ranges, from the early-twenties upwards, and has assumed a dominant role in the amount of time surfers are spending on the internet. In this regard, Facebook dominates the social networking scene with only comparable competition emanating from MySpace. MySpace is geared towards the younger age range and has greater emphasis on social media channels such as video, music and has a more pop culture outlook. Facebook is more about sharing life events, photographs, maintaining contact with family members of all age ranges, friends and for reconnecting with lost contacts. Business circles and connections do exist and are quite popular but Facebook is not primarily established for this and this can lead to some very damaging Facebook mistakes. For purely professional and business networking, LinkedIn is the leader in this field though the membership numbers are significantly lower than the social networking sites.

 

it is obviously true and they are making big amount of money too. twitter is next after facebook. 

 

Yes they are. Lots of Advertisement is showing on the side panel of my profile and even
on my profile itself those tagging and everything. Honestly it's good to promote your website
with paid advertisements, but I guess our main page should be left alone..

Facebook is number one social networking site in the world. I think most of the people of the world are using Facebook and that is why it is best for promoting the business.

 

yes it is very correct as people are a big fan of the social networking sites and right now FB is in demand and best place to advertise.

 

Well I should admit it, but it is true. Much more than Myspace and Twitter anyway.

 

Facebook is today's leading and most famous social networking site with over 750 millions of members. Having such huge number of members have definitely great meaning to each business: many opportunities. And with Facebook's features including fan page, exclusive advertisements, sponsorship, and video-chat let businesses to create good and outstanding marketing strategies and interaction among of their target audience.

 

I agree with you that till now no social media site has able to beat Facebook in respect of its popularity and also in respect of its business view. Let's see what Google+ do in future.

 

just imagine the fact that this social networking website was started by a bunch of kids. This proves that every one of us has the capability to do something unique on the internet, like start a blog, or open a new website so unique. All of it comes down to just one simple IDEA. This IDEA can get you so far.

 

I agree, you can even fine tune it by targeting certain age groups, demography, etc..
