failed to cancel renewal fee host/domain at one.com HELP!!

    Apparantly i have to pay for a new subscription for a year £23 at one.com for their hosting/domain package. they say that if i dont pay it will be transfered to a 3rd party credit company called intrum.I really dont need this account anymore, how can they just renew a contract without permission, its ridiculous!!What would happen if i didnt pay them? Would they really use a credit company for £23?Please advice anyoneThanksKind regards

    They would use your CC details with them afaik (Again, just a personal opinion, am not an employee of theirs).
    Thats why i hate recurring payments :p

    Give them a call and say "I need to speak with your supervisor" and explain him the stuff, should work imo.

    i am seriously just thinking to not pay them... i conctacted them again, and they said i had to pay fro the renwal fee.. it say that in their toc...
