Fake or real

I am buying this website. Owner send me few screen shots of earning and trrafic. I just want to ask you guys if you think it is photoshop or it real.

I'm no expert, but it looks ok to me.

 

Try the right click on the page and go to the page source and try html coding, it looks ok but it pays to be careful

Looks pretty real to me man. Just be sure to do some background checks on things like Backlinks, PR and the domain itself. Hope it all goes ok!

 

there are sites where you can check the history of the domain - can't think of any right now (sorry) but they do exist - maybe someone else knows?

Look at the text from the very top row, "Wednesday, December 16, 2009". Is it just me or is that text only 1 pixel from the top dark-grey border line? Upon looking at a real Google Adsense report, the first row in all of their tables has the same spacing as all other rows in a table. The screenshot your prospect provided demonstrates the top row, and ONLY the top row, having only 1 pixel of top spacing. I could not reproduce that kind of suspicious table rendering. I'm also willing to bet the spacing in other rows is a pixel or so off somewhere.

It may just be his computer doesn't have the font, or that my computer decided to magically change it -- but the font in that screenshot is NOT ariel. (which is what Google uses)
And Who the @#$^ doesn't have Ariel font on their computer?!

Just look at those $ signs!

EDIT:
On a subjective note, those earnings are B.S. close. All in the 7 dollar range, within exactly 90 cents of each other. You actually think those earnings stayed within the same $0.90 range for 18 days straight?! UNBELIEVABLE.

 

hey common you are buying the website........, they no need to see in the screen shot, ask him the live.

in my opinions, you can ask the owner to try that website for some days, if it real can make money. you can buy it

 

you could ask them to provide 3 screen shots that are with todays date and time and repeat afew times thoroughout the day if they cant give them to you within a minute or so of your request i would dump em
