Favicons appearing in Google Search Results

    On Saturday I noticed favicons and ecolinks appearing on the left hand side in search results, around 5 of them appeared. I was searching for royalty free images and links such as iStock and other high profile sites. Who else has seen them?

    this also interested me in terms of search results and potential keywords
    They would make ads stand out a lot also, ill do a few tests with it and see the results

    I see them also, but only in my Chromium version, Presently my version of chromium is at 29.0.1524.0 (203139)
    And i dont see them in my Chrome Canary version at 34.0.1774.2 canary and even not in a Dev Chrome at 32.0.1700.41 m Aura.

    so it make me think its related to a developer extension i add to chromium and maybe have nothing to do with Google serp.

    So you probably also have add some dev extension to your chrome ?
