What is your favourite graphic design software?
Which software you use for making logo? (glass effects logo)

It's hard to beat Photoshop for just about any type of design, although it can be a bit quirky. A cheaper alternative is Corel Paint, which I use for some things. Lots of people use Paint Shop Pro and there are some open source programs out there such as The GIMP, SodiPodi and Paint.NET.

I will have to say Photoshop CS 3. It is basically the main program I use for graphics designing.

Photoshop for anything raster, of course. For vector, I like CorelDraw better than, say, Illustrator. The UI just works so much better for me.

I use Photoshop CS3 for most everything I do. I occasionally open up something like Terragen or Cinema 4D if I need something I can't do in Photoshop.

I'm using Photoshop CS3 right now.
GIMP is a decent alternative, if you're low on funds.
