FB advertising - To FB page or directly to website?

    So.. What is better? I have 50$ on my FB account (advertising). I created new news website, so I want to advertise it. What is better for new website? To advertise FB page and then getting traffic from fans or is better to advertise website directly (and get traffic to website)?
