    IMHO, the arrow and the font are too generic. Tweak them both to differentiate from the competition.;)

    The fact that the arrow doesn't point straight down is a plus. Sure, it might make more sense to point it in an upward fashion, but it works for me.

    But, YMMV (you mileage may vary)

    Is your avatar relevant to some sort of business website?If so,then i must say it sort of lacks something that should significant for a business forum/site.
