feeds not updating...

    Hey everyone..
    On my webpage I had somebody set up a feed that aggreagtes other blog posts and streams them to my site. This was supposed to update daily...but it does not . I have not been able to contact the guy who did it...Is there something I have to do to get it to update. I am not even sure which cms it is....all i know is that when i sign into the admin sectionit says csm and there is a place to add a source or edit and thatsi t. please let know your thoughts...i pasted a link below
