    I think it’s time Texas used that provision that said we could break away and form our own country again if we wanted. I mean we have our own power grid so shouldn’t be too difficult.

    Does Cheney have ties to Carnival or something, too? I like how Carnival said we’re not making any more money then if we were operating normally. Yeah right. I doubt there is a huge amount of tourists clamoring to jump on a cruise in the Gulf right now.

    Way to really stimulate the economy by dumping a load of money into a foreign owned company.

    The only way I could see this working is if FEMA said we’ll pay you after all this is sorted out and then when it comes time to pay, FEMA says “Sikeeee. You’re not getting shit. I guess you shouldn’t have incorporated in Panama. That’s what you get for trying to avoid taxes, bitch.”
