I've never purchased makeup or bags either (not a normal item for this girl anyway), but I can barely keep track of of all the domain names I've spent money on though.

 

There are a lot of groups/boards for women...you just have to look for them.

I don't know if other countries have this, but in the US there are typically women's business associations for each state, and many cities, which have their own message boards or other online networking events.

 

yeah, like I said, I know they're out there. I just seem to tend have interests that draw me to communities where women are definitely, er, scarce.

You can add me to that list as well. I never post at boards that are all women...I tried to once, and just found it boring. I prefer to hang out with the guys.

Some of the ads may have had relaxed criteria for that one...

 

Maybe it's just me, but when I picture a bunch of female webmasters getting together I, always picture it like a big slumber party. A bunch of women sitting around in PJs talking about which DP guys are the most dreamy, brushing each other’s long hair, and finally having a big pillow fight. I, also, imagine the conversation goes something like this,
“Do you think Hodgedup likes me?”

“I don’t know. I dare you to instant message him.”

“OMG!!! No way!!!” giggle giggle giggle.

I mean apparently it’s a lot different then when male webmasters get together, because that’s pretty much how it goes when we all get in one place.

 

There's still pillow fights though, right? I mean I'm still holding onto that image.
