    Hi, I couldn't see your video clearly, it is blurred, could you please tell me what is the problem with your FF and IE. I just noticed some popups or dialog boxes comes when you start the FF or IE, but couldn't read what it says, did you tried uninstalling and reinstall the FF

    Firefox always get stuck. When it stucks, I have to press Ctrl + Alt + Del to end it. I prefer to use Internet Explorer but they say virus can easily get in if you use Internet Explorer.

    Pc is clean. Tested with updated MS security essentials , Avira, Comodo premium. But still i get error.

    A Google search doesn't return much information on this either... have you tried updgrading IE to IE9 and then resetting IE entirely?
