Fireworks vs Photoshop

    hi,

    I am interested in your opinions. At the moment I am using fireworks and getting decent results. How much would it improve my designing by using photoshop?

    I'd set up a poll.

    personally, I use photoshop. Alot of my web design companions use fireworks, and they can make sites jsut as well as me, so its really what you prefer.

    If you fireworks now, stick with it, but it you get the chance, try and learn PS. ;)

    I have both fireworks and photoshop and honestly I think I've only opened the fireworks program a few times since I've had it. It's personal preference all the way but if you're comfortable with fireworks then I'd stick with it.

    I've used both and I definitely prefer Photoshop. like the others have said, use what you are comfortable with, but try to learn photoshop in addition, it's a skill you won't regret having learned
