I wanted to share them with you seeing many people fail at doing social networking right. These tips will help you get more out of your daily activities.

2. Allow easy access to all social media buttons, twitter, digg, stumbleupon, facebook, blogengage (plugin)
3. Do not have a huge advertisement at the top of your article page, this will greatly reduce tweets and other social sharing opportunities
4. Follow the people who share your articles and add them as friends, return the favor and build on that relatisonhsip
5. Write great content, catchy titles and up to date info, make sure your producing quality content that people will enjoy and want to share

I hope this helps you get more tweets, likes and other social shares. Remember it's not always about that big ad or the one click. Think long term and try to build on your relationships. Add your twitter handle to your tweet code so others can easily follow when people tweet your articles.

I didn't know that ads can minimize the chance of the article being shared to other networks. Another good stuff to put in a blog is a rating feature. Social media marketing is good for spreading the link to other people, it helps them discover what's new in your site so we should make sure that we maximize our efforts in using them.

Great and helpful tips! And I'll add, to look for people interested in your niche as friends. Search with your niche keyword, if people list the niche as interest, or share something in that niche, those are great friends for you.

With regards to point 5, make sure keyword density is not excessive, but consistent with a good practice standard of 4%. Take into account most users do a broad search terminology on Google therefore you don't have to always use exact keywords, so variate the same keyword with different words of the same meaning and it will have a more natural flow to it and still maintain good density, without being considered spammy.
