    Designs that are created using Photoshop tend to look better than ones made on flash.

    Unless you are/find a Flash expert, I would recommend Photoshop. Flash is for animated websites/interactive websites You can also add music and special effects to your website with Flash.

    I prefer photoshop because it takes less time to load. I go to sleep each time a Flash template loads.... ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    Hi i am going to suggest you adobe photoshop for web designing. Actually both are used for web designing but they have their separate entity.Adobe is used to make logos,templates and many other things while Flash is used to apply animations in them so it depends upon your choice if you want to apply animations in your web designing than flash is best for you

    Well im gonna tell you something in my opinion people this days are not using to much flash cuz now many of new products like iPad does not support flash but Designs from photoshop yes and with photoshop you can do man many good thing flash is just if you wanna make thous nice cute graphic move :D you know in motion but i flash i thing is out of time so definitly suggest you to use Photoshop im talking from my mind cuz photoshop changed alot of things in my life :D.     I'll recommend Photoshop. HTML Designing is much more popular than Flash.
    Now a days there are many tools avaialble in HTML as well which look quite similar to Flash.
    So Photoshop is better.
