For a bootcamp application, what is the most reliable way to host my websites?

I am applying to a coding bootcamp and the application requires me to put links to my websites. The websites have HTML, CSS and Javascript files.

I know how to use 000webhost to host my sites, but I know it is an unreliable hosting site. I want to be sure that my websites won't have any issues like being blocked.

I've been researching my options and I ruled out Google Drive and Dropbox.

I know that the obvious way to share web dev projects is through GitHub...but I want to have a link to my hosted site, not just my files. I'm completely new to GitHub, but I plan on learning more about how it works in the next couple days.

To sum everything up...should I use GitHub or is there another free and reliable option? Is there a simple way I can get a link to my hosted site on GitHub?

Any input would be extremely helpful. Thank you.

Buy yourself a cheap domain and webhost somewhere? If it's just for learning stuff, a cheap no-frills shared hosting account should do the trick - $1/month unlimited shared hosting, for instance - check out the advertising section of this forum, there's a lot of stuff on there, I'm sure most of it will more than fulfill your needs.
