    Ok,

    I'm making a media social network site, abit like deviantart. I was wondering which cms is best for me here are some of the stuff i'll need:

    - Able to upload images
    - Able to add limits on upload sizes
    - Able to link to images and have them display
    - Gallerys, with download button (To Download the image displayed[optional for user]) - Not to important!
    - Quite customisable Profile for Users
    - Not to hard to make templates (Not so Imortnt)
    - Admin areas
    - Some other stuff thats usefull for a nice comunity for people who work or like graphic design!​

    I'm not too concerned about the price, as i've been given quite a high budget!

    I would get Joomla, download community builder so you can customize user information, then download an image component from extensions.joomla.org there are a ton of them, I would also look at maybe getting joomdate or another dating application and modifying it (If you can find an opensource one) so it isn't about dating. Just a thought.
