For travel article publishing, submission, and Adsense income which CMS is best?

I currently run www.travel-plan-idea.com a travel blog that does well with Adsense but doesn't get a ton of traffic. I also run www.eslgo.com which does get a ton of traffic.

I'm considering republishing some of the content on www.eslgo.combut would like some advice if anyone has any ideas. Some of my specific questions are:

    1. Should I delete the old article on travel-plan-idea when I add it to eslgo.com? I know duplicate content is supposed to be bad, but I never actually see web sites having problems when they have an unoriginal article.

    2. What CMS should I use on eslgo. I ned there to be discussion so either a blog with comments, blog articles linked to a message board, or an article manager linked to a message board seem like the three possibilities.

If using an articIe manager type CMS I would then link each article to a message board thread so it could be discussed. If using another blog type CMS I would just use comments but I'm tired of my old movable type and all the comment spam.

Money is no problem so paying for the new movable type or another CMS is no problem. If I can't install it I can pay for that too so complicated software is OK (complicated to install is OK - it has to be simple for me to use/manage). I just want to make sure I get the best thing for me.

By the way, my goal here is to get more people to see the articles and the Adsense so whichever CMS I use, the ease of integrating Adsense is very important to me.

I also want people to submit their own travel plans and experiences (submit articles in addition to discussing articles on the message board).
