Is the forum growth slowing because of social media?

    What are your thought?

    This deserves a better discussion

Maybe because of social media ... maybe because it is summerteime = hollidays...

It might be the rules/limitations which turns new members away ? I was really, really surprised to get a ''bad note'' (expires oct) because I thanked somebody on a thread....!

However the overall ''feel'' on this forum is nice, and I hope we will keep growing !

It probably is, but I don't have numbers to back it up. It might also be to forum saturation on the internet -- everyone wants to start a forum!

I don think forum growth will slow down, because forums and social media are two different things,
we are here to discuss our issues and sort out an idea to go through it.Social media is for fun and advertising.I think because of the advent of social media forums are bit lucky because all the spammers are now targetting social media:p
