    I was wondering if this was a good business and if people actually paid for this service. Such as vBulletin installation and building etc because some guy asked me if I was interested and was wondering if the service was in demand.

    If it is who would I target and where would I advertise. ;)

    I say go for it. Try it out worst that could happen is it doesn't work out. Just make a website with your services on it. Try it out.
