    How much should i sell these two for, if i have to ?

    Depends on a lot of factors. Revenue you make from the forum, whether its a .com or .info, age of the site, number of genuine members etc... its difficult to say from your post

    I agree but the # of posts generally has a pretty good indicator to the legit traffic a forum gets.

    other than forum stats, it is mainly concerned about the income and traffic. usually it will be 12 times of current average one month income. it may vary depending upon domain, traffic, pr, backlinks, etc.
