Freaking Hate Clients

This is exactly why I create content/community related sites. I think clients suck, and I don't like having to suck up to anyone, be it a boss, or a client!

 

well... if you're not strict you'll get run over... simple!

Invoice sent on the 1st, payment due on the 3rd no payment on the 4th = suspension.

Thank you Steve for that great post. Sorry it took me so long to reply. My brother is in town and my computer and I are having a little break. It's amazing how easy it has been to ignore the little beige box in the corner of my room.

My clientess from hell is still sending me ratty emails but I told her I would not be doing anything at all until mid-Sept. She has gone from being my buddy to hissing at me

I don't know if I can be as tough as Steve, but he is right. My free time is worth as much as my work time and certainly worth as much as any clients free time. Hmmm... I need to have a think about all this.

 

You lock your brother in a filing cabinet? Can you still hear his screams?

You sould try that with clients you don't like.

 

Haha. That'd make up for him calling me his skin and blister for so many years.
