    Hey, it's Grant O'Kane -

I'd like to give you some valuable advice about your sales process in this post.

The truth is, so many people try to over complicate things when getting started with their online business (thinking they need to re-invent the wheel to get a better result than everyone else), then wonder why they can't get anything to work...

The simplest solution is often the best, as there are less "points of failure", and it's much easier to improve over time.

If you want to boil it down to a proven "formula"...

    Offer + Traffic = $ + Long-Term Follow-Up (Giving Value & Selling A Range Of Mid-Ticket To Higher-Ticket Programs) = $$$$$

    ... That's it.

Notice there how the offer comes BEFORE the traffic?

That's because you need to have an effective sales process ("offer") online BEFORE you can send traffic to it (otherwise your traffic will have nowhere to go!).

Let's go through this effective sales process in more detail...

    1) Squeeze Page

To be able to follow-up with your prospects, you need to persuade them to join your email list.

The best way of doing this is by having a squeeze page - i.e. a simple web page with the main purpose being to get your prospect to enter their email address into your opt-in form.

This is sometimes done with a free product of some kind, but it can also be done just by using a curiosity-based headline, e.g. "Want To Know How I Made $100 In 24 Hours Using this One Weird Trick?"

    2) Main Offer

After your prospect enters their email address, they should be redirected to a high-converting paid offer which is closely related to what they originally opted in for.

This immediate offer allows you to recoup any advertising costs as quickly as possible, allowing you to effectively build your list for free.

(Plus, it's pretty common to make a profit from paid advertising at this stage too, if you do it correctly)

Then, the follow up sequence can be split into three different parts...

    3) Main Offer Follow-Up

Not everyone will buy your main offer on their first viewing, so you need to follow-up with the "fence sitters" to persuade them that they need to buy your main offer.

All you need to do here is overcome any common reasons why they aren't buying.

(You can even ask your subscribers directly if you're stuck for ideas!)

    4) Give Value

After that, you must remember that the people on your list are just that... PEOPLE!

So be sure to help them solve their problems by providing as much value as possible, as they'll always reciprocate in the form of becoming much more responsive to your paid promotions.

Remember, if your prospects don't trust you, you won't make any sales...

... But if they DO trust you, you'll quickly build a huge income online with ease.

    5) Promote Related Products

While trust-building is an ongoing process, you should also be recommending good quality products (related to what they first opted into your list for) to them.

This means you can literally write a short email, hit "send", then see an avalanche of sales hit your account in no time flat.

Plus, the relationship you'll have with your list will make this process more of a "friendly recommendation", instead of a "sales pitch" - making you feel great about helping people,
    too.

The products you promote should be across a variety of price points, from $7 to over $1,000 - as everyone has different wants and needs, and it's ALWAYS a lot easier to make more money with higher-priced offers than just selling low-priced offers all the time.

Remember, this 5-part process is all it takes to make a huge income online...

    Offer + Traffic = $ + Long-Term Follow-Up (Giving Value & Selling A Range Of Mid-Ticket To Higher-Ticket Programs) = $$$$$

Simply ignore everything else that doesn't fit into this proven formula, as it's just another distraction to your success.

    To your success!

All I know is, market and product.

    Create a product.

    Promote to market.

    Repeat the process.
