Are there any free directories I can still submit to?

There are lots of free directories in the web and you need to filter their lists so that you can gather some active links that are most related to your main website.

Be careful when submitting your site to free directory. Most of this site are spammed with plenty of links.
Check if they accept the site manually or automated, if its manual then its good to go else its better to avoid.

Free directories are not a good idea.

 

If good reputation, DA, PA and low spam score .... then what is issue with backlinks from web directories .... Actually many people do directory submission without any variation means they use single title, one description and submit them to hundreds of directories ... this is not good idea ... The only directory i use is Google my business

I agree. Many directories are now spammed with bots and it doesn't make any sense for your business, so you have to be careful where you place on them.
