Free iPod - Help me Help You

I assure you it is no scam. I have already received my free ipod and have shown it around at work and other places. Yes I had to complete an offer, yes I had to get 5 other people to do the same, yes they sold my email address to spam marketers. Other than that, it is completely legit and I got my product.

not all sites that look "too good to be true" are scams. Gratis networks does not scam. Neither do the OfferCentric sites (if you can find them). There are a few legit sites that do this kind of targeted marketing, and the marketing works. The companies make a lot of money off of it, and people get some "free" stuff.

 

Erm.. not all of them are scams.. I found one, 999webmasters.com and they hold drawings and pick someone, and I got www.thevirtualbrowser.com using it

For the last time.. people.. PLEASE stop posting your referral links in your messages.. What makes you think its OK or acceptable to have ONE post on a forum and start posting referral links? Did you even read the whole thread?

 

Just as an Update ....

5 people under me have completed their offer and I was approved and my iPod order is in the "Processing" stage.

See my page and the top left corner is has my updated status.

I will be sure to take pictures and post them here when I get my iPod.

By the looks of it I should be getting a Nintendo DS sometime in the near future as well.

Yep got my iPod.
I'm also waiting for my free nintendo ds to ship. I already completed enough offers for that one too.

Now it's too easy and I'm done.

 

OMG...this is a scam. Think about it, if this free ipod scheme wasn't profitable for who ever was running it, why would it still be running?

Here is what happens:

1. Members of your downline become invalidated so you have to recruit more people.
2. You dont get your ipod.
3. You are billed after signing up despite trying to cancel.
4. You get lots of spam, junkmail, tellemarketers, etc.


Some do get ipods but there always someone who profts from a pyramid scheme...just not very many.


My advice is simply to go to frys or apple.com and just buy it.

Yes it is a pyramid scheme, however like other similiar schemes, it involves you putting a link in a couple of places and then forgetting about it.

I haven't participated in it and I don't have any reason to really, but if it worked for SGH, then it can work for other people too...

Thats the problem alien. It is a pyramid scheme which is illegal. I know what I am saying may offend some of the hardedned ipoders but, I am listingthe risks associated with the program, and why it doesnt wok most of the time.

People do make money in pyramid schemes and ponzi schemes, matrix schemes, etc but thats how they work. A few people a.k.a. shills get a product who recruit others to join until the cards fall.

Great experiment. But I think somebody will give an information to free iPods and you will get you IPod anyway .
By the way - I think that the main purpose of this pyramid like programs is to get HUGE mailing list to send a lot of spam and you will get milions of emails daily. And I think that thease IPods are made in China for pennies .

This is legit, did a load of research which made me wonder in trying it, I'm not going for the iPod at the moment but I am going for the free psp, then later on I'll try for something else again.

 

I decided to try it too. Hard to get people to sign up though. Oh well, give it time.
