I am considering to create a free service that will let webmasters to show rss feed content on their sites.

Webmasters can pick/combine any RSS feeds available on the internet and show them on their sites with option to show headline only or headline plus short description.

All outgoing links from the RSS feed will be nofollow

Before I proceed with this idea, I would like to know if there is already website out there with similar functionality and if there is enough interest in such service.

    Many Thanks :)

An excellent idea - and I am sure there are many webmasters who need free content for the site.
Would you use a script / build a script or have something for this?

I own eRSS.in and wanted to develop it on similar ground, but looking for a good script to start similar service.

    Cheers

The script will be hosted on kedoya.com , I am going to create a wizard and all people have to do is to insert a javascript on their sites.

It sounds like you are going to make something like feedzilla, but in RSS form. Personally, I don't think your service is needed as one can already use rss feeds from other providers (ex. yahoo), and just the headling and content summary show up.
