    Could you give me an idea how you set it out?

    And also, what sort of disclaimer do you use?

    I found an attorney here in town that put a binding legal contract based on how I work for about $200. It is worth it to have done professionally if you ever have to enforce it (even if you are only doing contracts in the hundreds of dollars range).

    Some will say that there is no perfect legal document that protects you against everything, and they are correct. However a lawyer will give you a better document than trying to duplicate someone's or buying a template online.
