    Hi Friends!

    I want to create a similar site, but for medical supplies, such as this:

    I have a huge database of pics and content in MS Access database but am not sure how this site works.

    Is it PHP/MYSQL?

    Where can I get a template?

    That site uses static pages, not a database, for the pages I saw. I only looked at a few. I am no database person, but if your database can be converted to MySql you will be able to use it with Joomla.

    The appearance of your site is not connected to the content with a CMS. That means your content is not affected by the looks of your site. You can choose a template to make it look however you want.
