    I have a client who need game server hosting services for his new project.
    The idea he is going to implement into reality is perfect, so I decided to help him to find such a host.
    I know gamingsurfer.com offers such hosting services, but don't really know how good it for this. How do you find their pricing?
    Have you ever used its game server hosting services?

    What other places do you know for such hosting services?

    Just double checking, is it a Dedicated Server that your client is looking for, or just a specific game with player slots?

    EDIT: if you wait about 10mins or so, their home page does load, and you can see their pricing. All you have to do is be patient.


    OP. When developing the game, almost any VPS will do. However, when the game is running, either being beta tested or open for membership, you will need to be with a host that offers DDOS protection.
    Depending on the finer aspects of the game (such as real time vs turn based), my experience is that you should make sure its Raid10 with SSD drives.

    You can get a VPS or dedicated server from www.serverssale.com or www.sharktech.net both are good and reliable, have used both for hosting services

    Only advantage with ServersSale is that they accept much wider range of modes of payments
