    This is not advertising this is my own opinion. I have found this great CMS that is very good!! It has a good default layout, easy to customize and can handle many members.

    I neither own these website or am I affiliated with them in any way I just wanted to show you the results.
    Now the CMS itself is called CustomCMS. The website for it is located at:

    The price is around $50 which I think is reasonable for what it offers. Before I post this I just wanna say that the person who made this is very nice and helpful! He has helped me step through step with any problems I face and doesn't even charge:eek:.
