general vacation site started to promote today

hi I started a general vacation site about european vacation today. well actually it has been started some days ago but the design was not that convincing to me so I decided to redesign when I had some time and today I had the time to do so. I also started to promote the site today at only 3 travel forums as of now and out of 40 impressions i got 4 clicks, an amazing rate isn't it? anyway I'd like some feedback of the site and especially of the placement of the ads. Any further tips around marketing for that particular site would be appreciated as well, though I know this goes beyond the topic of this thread (sorry for this!)

notice that the site does have no real relevant contents up to now, I just don't have time to write enthusiastic unique articles so I better go and find a freelancer writer ok enough for this, I actually only want a review of the ad placements and if possible about future marketing as I really have never promoted vacational sites! it's good. i am tempted to click on the ads. your page on ROme shows ads about hotels in rome, the page about france has ads about vacationing in france. so you did a pretty good job. nice blending that looks like part of your articles.

you might want to try adlink units. once you have more relevant and fresh contents.

 

thanks for the review devin! I appreciate it! Well as of now I didn't want to stuff the whole page with ads so I decided to first go without adlink units but possibly I will add them as the pages "grow" thanks again
