Getting CMS Pages Indexed By Search Engines

I've got a CMS that was modded for a phpBB system, but unfortunately the author dropped off the face of the earth, and no support is available anywhere on it any longer (and what was available was very little to begin with).
I'm hoping the folks at DP can help me with this.

My problem is in getting the search engines to spider the pages correctly.
There may indeed be some SE traffic making it to these pages, but it is very minimal (10 a day at best for the entire system?).

Please take a look, and you'll see that there are literally dozens of tasty keywords for the SE's to grab......

Is there any way I can dress up the url's to get them found?

Thanks for any help you can provide, as I'm at a loss at this point for answers.
I'm very new at CMS, so please go easy on me. ;)
