Getting HQ images from dvd's

    I noticed when searching for certain posters, they do not exist so I wanted to create my own, I have a dvd player, and many dvds ad wonder if its possible to take screenshots (high quality) of different scenes, also if there is a way to set the screen resolution for the image, i have vlc but cant play dvd's from it :p

    U can use WinDVD player - it allows screenshots. But for a wallpaper u got to extrapolate it on photoshop further.Makes sense?
