Glitter Graphics

Does anyone know of a good tutorial site to learn to make glitter graphics?
I have found a few, but not very helpful for me.

Aside from www.123glitter.com, There are lots of interesting sites that provide glitter graphics. Some are free and other are for paid. Just try the keyword search "glitter graphics" in google or in any of your search engine preferences.
By the way, there's an online Glitter Maker available. At glittermaker.com, Have you tried that? you can type in the type box the text you want to have glitters.

Creating a Glitter Graphics is easy in Photoshop, Create an image using Pen tool or Custom shape tool. To create an glitter effect on the image, set the foreground color to #FFFFFF. Next use the Pencil tool to create a star. Take 1 of the large stars and resize it by about 70% and then duplicate it a few times. Repeat this process for more couple of times to get varying sizes of star. And then export it to Image Ready to create an animation of stars glitter graphics.
I could not find tutorial based on this,hope this could of use.

Bit vague, maybe you would want to apply some blending options in there too. And I don't think it would look very good on a plane white background, the starts wouldn't show up.
