    As for Blogger, I've tried various AdSense placements but I hate the Blogger interface and CMS. I recommend dumping blogger and switch to Wordpress on your own host. Much easier to mess with.

    All my blogs run Wordpress except for 2 of my blogger based blogs which I will transition over to Wordpress soon.

    Nah, I don't think blogger is evil, Google provides a GREAT service for bloggers of the world with it.

    The big problem is that it just isn't adaptive enough for the pro-blogger. You might invest months in a great blog, get a great pagerank, and then need more power that Blogger can't help with.

    I had 5 PR6 blogs on blogspot.com before realizing that I should have started them on their own domain names. Lost a ton of traffic and great inbound links during the transition. Don't make that mistake!

    wow that's a very kind offer. thanks, but i've got a reseller server. i've got this little thing started but haven't done anything with it yet. i'm sure you'll appreciate the url as you can tell i love von mises to pieces.

    Drop minima in blogger, try the simplest one with the simplest text and background. Check out my site in blogger below my name. I recently changed it with this simple design and earnings are going up.

    as always i can use all the quality links i can get. do you think it would be worth trying to monetize it? after all, there are only about five of us miseans. oh, by the way, i took your advice and found a tld for my blog. i can't believe i got this one either. www.thesolarnews.com
