    your top page adsense ads are ok,
    however they don't match the color of the large green buttons;
    If you want to optimize the page and you can do it then change the color of the links on your page from that green to a blue color to match your ads.
    The text on your page should be darker.

    The bottom ad is far too low in my oppinion and far too small.

    Do something about it.

    Dun place the ads as such. Use a 468x40 instead, above the blue menu. Use that ads the only ads.
