I'm wondering if that large box may drive many users away.

Would it be better to take away the box, and put a leaderboard up at the top under the nav bar?

While I wouldn't do that, some very successful myspace sites do, which leads me to believe that dumb teens will click there without realizing those are ads and you could get a good CTR.

By "that" do you mean the large rectangle or the leaderboard under the navbar?

Oh wait, I was talking about your ads. Anyways, I think what you have with the different little boxes for different sections of your site looks good, makes navigation easy.

Ahh! we're having misunderstanding after misundestanding, lol.

Ya, I am talking about my ads as well!

You were saying that you wouldn't do "that", but "that" does seem to get stupid teens to click. I was wondering what you mean by "that".

Your site looks good. I like the different text of the ads, almost makes them not seem like ads since their all usually one color. It seems like your getting relevant ads which match up with your menu items (Cursors, Games, Movies).
    How are they performing?

    Pretty nicely.

    2.65% CTR today.

Do you think they will do better as a leaderboard under the nav bar?

The square seems a bit obtrusive. It may drive away visitors that otherwise would return.

    Thoughts?

It does seem a little obtrusive... but maybe that's the difference, I guess I would try the leaderboard for a few days and see what CTR you get with that.

    Hope that heps
