Looking at what is available in Fantastico, I see we have:

    Customer Relationship
    Crafty Syntax Live Help
    Help Center Live
    osTicket
    PerlDesk
    PHP Support Tickets
    Support Logic Helpdesk
    Support Services Manager

I have been getting a lot of requests for installation and support over at www.phplinkdirectory.com and I'm wondering what might work well so that I can coordinate customer needs with staff people that can help them.

    Thanks!
    David

I have been very happy with Kayako eSupport and SupportSuite from www.kayako.com.

I have heard a lot of good things about kayako as well. I'm considering migrating to it this year.

I also need this type of software. I will look into kayako.

Was hoping for an open source option but the ones I have looked at do not look as good as kayako.

Plus I need the email parser to generate tickets.

I've got a few customers that use RT, it's a pretty good piece of software, and open source too :)
