Google Ad Grants Account Issue: Seeking Help

Hi all,

I would like to share our (6 months) ongoing problems with our Google Ad Grants account in the hope that someone can offer further assistance. The issue we are facing is that new advertisements are hardly displaying (1 or 2 views), while older advertisements continue to perform adequately. This seems to be particularly the case for search ads targeting a specific domain (which falls under the overall Ad Grants account). Previously, this domain ran successful Google ads (grants) without any issues.

We have made extensive efforts to identify and resolve the root cause of this problem. We've tried various approaches after multiple interactions with Google Support.However, Google Support has not identified any direct technical issues causing the low impressions. The campaign itself appears to be technically sound.

Following numerous emails and phone conversations with Google Support, we initiated multiple (traffic) campaigns with the following optimizations and tests to discover/solve the problem:

- Adding more keywords (optimizing the quality and volume of keywords)

- Reevaluating and adjusting bidding strategies

- Setting up an identical campaign to previous successful ones on this domain

- Adjusting campaign budgets (in relation to other campaigns)

- Evaluating and optimizing internal competition within the campaigns

- Implementing a dynamic keyword campaign on the relevant landing page

Whenever we make adjustments or try to publish new test campaigns, Google Ad Grants seems to take 5-8 days to exit the learning phase as well, making it difficult to make progress in solving the issue.

Google Support has been unable to assist us further and has indicated that they can't provide additional support. Therefore, I would appreciate it if any of you have insights, encountered similar problems, or have experiences related to this case.

There could be several reasons why your new Google Ads campaign is not performing as well as your old campaign on the same keywords or campaigns like budget, niche market, competition, ad quality, landing page, ad rank, ad relevancy etc. etc.. If you are not getting problem clearly then you should choose any professional to check and optimize your PPC advertisement account.
