Adobe Analytics (larger data segmentation)
Kissmetrics (track different events)
MOZ and SEMRush tool (competitor analysis).

 

If you are using Wordpress, there are many free and paid analytics plugins.

If not, you can try Piwik, Open Web Analytics and Clicky.

 

It all depends on the goals you address. For example,

Yaa many tools are available..but i want to what kinds of issue are you facing with GA. i have 2+ year of experience in SEO but i have no any issue facing till now..GA give you proper data..and feature is instigated Machine learning..i am using for my eCommerce site ministoreonline.
