I need to know the difference between Google Analytics and Ahrefs tools. Does anyone have any information on this?

Ahrefs is more of an SEO tool than a traffic analytics tool.
If you ask me, you should be looking into the traffic analytics tool matomo, it is open source and completely free if self-hosted.

If you need to understand what your competitors do - Ahrefs is one of the best platforms for it.
And I agree with Kianihosting - GA can be used by SEO specialists, Marketers, CEO e.t. Ahrefs - it's more for SEO, checking positions in the SERP, analysing competitors, finding backlinks that your competitors use

 

The main difference between Google Analytics and Ahrefs is that GA is only used to track users on the website, on another side Ahrefs is a paid tool you can do many tasks including tracking, competitor analysis, keyword research and many more. In GA you can analyze your traffic through different locations, devices they are using, countries and many more. If I want to choose from GA and Ahrefs for Analytics, i choose a Google Analytics, it's a google product, so we can easily trust it. The main benefit is it is a free tool, anyone can use it.
