I have a site and recently suggested to google news as a source and google said that they will log me but they need an organisational contact address. I am thinking of two options.

    1. Incorporate LLC and give them company address.
    2. Get a mail drop.

i heard that running a company is too costly? which is better? what do you suggest? Any other alternatives?

As long as the address is the correct one I don't suppose it really matters.

You might not find it worth your while to incorporate purely to get on Google news, since you don't yet know how much traffic it will bring you. Although there are other benefits, depending on where you live and your circumstances. My brother found it very beneficial to do this, even though his is a one-man business. If you have a good accountant the benefits can outweigh the costs and hassle.

There's a definite trend towards looking for accountability with websites and news sources. A site with full contact details comes across as more trustworthy.
