    I'm not based in the United States. Can I process transactions through Google Checkout? 

At this time, only merchants with a U.S. address and bank account can process transactions through Google Checkout. We look forward to offering more options in the future.

    From the google answer I can infer that any one from any where having a U.S. address and bank account can get Google Checkout account.


    What do you think?

    If your anser is yes, is it legal or possible to have usa bank account or a usa address not being in usa .

    I see many add or sites online. Are the scam or real?

    Yes, it's legal to have US bank and address. But for Google checkout, you will need Social Security Number, and that you will not get. Sorry, no luck.
